Weekend Yoga Retreat 

.. fewer than dozen "soon-to-be" relaxed people take to the mats (whatever level) and for one weekend focus on themselves and their souls.  Lead by myself, Natalie, this is my third retreat and I can safely say it's one of my favourite ways to teach.  We can delve deeply into the concept of the weekend and take a rare moment in time to JUST  BE.  

The Grand Barn is the ideal space to get centered into your body, take in the fresh air and seep into yourselves - who knows you might even turn off your phone.  Our Saturday Singing Bowl Sound Bath from the very soulful and talented Olivia is a special treat as IF we were not relaxed enough! 

3 double en suits are available to share if you wish or maybe you feel a double to yourself is just the luxury you need!  Your space for £350 or £250pp

Single rooms with almost as many shower rooms directly opposite you'll hardly feel like you're sharing.  £275

I cater for the weekend myself because I love to cook and feed people!  The weekend will be vegetarian with vegan options.   Should you want to bring a bottle of vino then that's not frowned upon.  I'll need to know any allergies in advance...

Hellens is a special place with ideal facilities where we are left alone to immerse ourselves. 
Starting mid afternoon on Friday we will gather around a pot of tea to get the know each other then head to the barn for some yoga before dinner.  
The next morning we do fire (yang) yoga then breakfast and free time time to enjoy the grounds or do a puzzle!  After Lunch has settled we take to the mats for some yin yoga before settling down for Olivia's Singing Bowl Sound Bath. 

Sunday will be a leisurely morning over breakfast, then a gentle yoga session followed by a contemplative walk where we'll find a spot, make a circle and share some thoughts IF we feel like it. 
You can be on the road by 12pm.
